Commercial Terms of Service

Welcome to the GeM Enterprise Commercial Platform. By accessing or using our websites, purchasing equipment, or applying for our franchise network, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Platform Authorization & Single-Brand Identity

This portal is an independent commercial enterprise platform that reproduces the layout structure inspired by the GeM website under express client authorization. It is not an official government procurement portal and does not copy state emblems or public tender bid bonds.

2. Orders, Invoicing & GST Compliance

All commercial prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard GST (18%). Tax invoices compliant with Indian GST laws with verifiable HSN codes are generated upon order completion.

3. Franchise Applications & Agreements

Submission of a franchise application does not guarantee appointment. All approvals are subject to territory conflict screening, in-person interviews, and execution of formal franchise legal agreements.
